Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please go to our return policy section.

Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: Please go to our shipping section.

Q: Do I need to add tax to my orders?
A: NO, taxes are calculated for you when you check out.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
A: YES,when are ready to check out go to view cart, click checkout (not quick checkout), click on change next to shipping information, click edit, make changes, click save and then click continue.

Q: I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase items from your site?
A: YES, after you have made all your selections, go to your cart, click checkout, click continue, click on CLICK HERE (to the right of pay here with gift card). An order page will pop up, scroll to the bottom of the page and print. You can then mail your order with your full payment. We do accept checks but they may take up to 15 days to clear and we cannot process your order before the check has cleared. We do suggest a money order or cashiers check. You may also send cash, but we strongly discourage our shoppers from doing so.

Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: All orders are shipped UPS ground and should arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 10 days. Holiday orders can take up to 14 days depending on where the order is shipped.

Q: I do not have access to a computer outside of work and would like to place an order outside of work, any suggestions.
A: YES, you may ask a friend who has a computer or you may visit any public library that have public computers.

Q: I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?
A: We ask all of our shoppers to double check their cart before ckecking out, however if you have made a mistake simply email us.
